demo install

Hi. We purchased your theme Moozo, installed all plugins required and recommended. Then installed the Tools demo but nothing is showing. It states if was installed but no pages or other content appears. All wp core updated and PHP current. We tried remote demo content install and local but neither work. What is wrong?

Thanks for using my theme. May i delete all current demo contents and re-install theme from the beginning?
Also you should update this option as the attachment file below before.

Hi. Just wondering on update as I see Maintenance mode is now not on and it should be as people will see the site, plus our administrator log in no longer works. Thanks.

We are going through the site and we have a few worries. We have a lot of extra work now as you removed everything form the last site. You asked could you remove the demo content (what we thought was 'your' demo content we tried to install... but the site was a live site and there were a number of active plugins set up that are now gone!
Also the site is loading very slow. We have WP memory set to highest and php updated - is there anything you have seen on other sites etc that you can let us know about that will help the load time - the theme seems to be slow loading.
Is there better documentation anywhere- we cannot find how to edit the footer for example - it is not editable via the tools pages for example... though the Theme options states the footer is called from 'Tools 1' front page - the content of the page can be edited but not the footer content.
So far we are not very happy with this theme but we hope we can sort it out with your help.

I am really sorry about that. To edit the footer then you can edit footer at the Dashboard>>Ovic panel>>Footer Builder>>edit yout footer as the attachment file.
About speed issue: Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Remove unnecessary plugins
3. Optimize product images
4. Intstall the WP Super Cache
5. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed
