Because I have added custom CSS in Kadence to hide those parts, u can see that. But is there a more proper way to deal with that?

I sent to the author of theme and they said that the cause by plugin, it's conflicted with theme. In this case then you have to customized by yourself or connect to Customized Services, they will check and help you because i do not support for customize work.
