    Hi, I cannot upload the demo files. It shows errors.

    How to fix this?

    Could you please switch off PHP version into PHP version 7.3,x ? Also may i delete all current demo contents and re-install theme from the beginning?

    The cause by your server. Could you please provide FTP or Cpanel account via secret information area? I would like to check your host and help you.

    Do you want to use the multingual site? if yes then you have to install the WPML plugin, it's fully compatible with theme.
    Or you can edit them at the Dashboard>>Appreance>>Menus>> and select Submenu 2 as the attachment file.
    Please try this method and let me know your results

    WPML plugin is not free. I thought your theme include all the necessary plugins the one in demos. That's why I bought it. Now you are saying I need to install it? In this case, i don't wanna use this theme. I had bought many themes and those themes have the necessary plugins.

    The Elinor theme includes the Elemetor, Slider Revolution plugins. To setup multilingual site then customer can use some free plugins. I just recommend using the WPML plugin.
