Issues with Ovic Tools Plugin

I'm having issues with the ovic tools plugin. When its active i'm getting issues and critical errors in the backend. I have the latest version of woocommerce, but i'm not sure how to check if the biolife theme has been updated.

When i deactivate the ovic tools plugin, i am able to access the backend but of course on the frontend the site is broken.
