    Hi !!

    Kindly help me out with the following problems.

    1. Updates for 5 plugins are available (Screenshot attached), please let me know which ones can I update without affecting the website layout, WP admin settings, databases, product filters, etc., that have already been created.
    2. Recently Viewed products not displaying on the bottom part of home page, earlier it was working fine. (Screenshot attached)
    3. Remove extra space from left side vertical menu (screenshot attached).
    4. Website speed is very slow. Installed W3 total cache plugin also, but still very slow. May be there is something wrong with the settings of this plugin. Kindly test the website speed. If you have got a checklist of recommended settings, please let me know.

    Thanks for the reply, but I am not at all satisfied with it, not even a single point.

    1. My purpose of mentioning each and every plugin update available was for you to tell me which plugin can I update without affecting my site, as you know your theme better. I could have tried updating all of them myself, but I don't want to take any chances as I am on the verge of launching my portal. You people know better which plugin update can possibly disturb the layout/structure or the settings already configured (mentioned in previous message).

    2. About Recently Viewed Products: I am not a technical person (your team mate Jennifer knows). Earlier a developer was working on this site, but not now. Kindly tell me how to remove and add it again so that it works fine.

    3. About Vertical Menu: Obviously, I know there is a mismatch of height/width now, which was not there earlier. Kindly tell me how to adjust this width/height. I would like to reduce the height of the slider to match with the left vertical menu.

    4. Speed of Theme: In case I update the theme whenever update is available, will it affect the structure (especially all the menus and shopping cart) ? Because once the site is live, we can't take any chances and can't afford our site to be down even for a single minute.

    5. I am planning to purchase this plugin for setting up advanced shipping options, is this plugin compatible with your theme ?

    Thank God you are here again. I have already given 5 stars and a very good comment about the support you have given till date, that was a pretty honest review from my side.

    1. Kindly update the plugins if you don't mind them updating and if I am not asking for too much, else I will do it on my own.

    2. Please check the updated login info in secret info box.

    3. As far as slider problem is concerned, I have rectified that problem myself that's why you couldn't see any issue with it.

    4. Please check the list of attributes in admin panel, I want them to be intact in any case as we have already linked some products with those attributes to show them as product filters on their respective shop pages. Please check if there is any other change made by us that will be affected with updating the theme.

    5. Please check settings of W3 Total Cache plugin, so that it works for me to its full capacity and I can improve Google Pagespeed Insights score.

    Also, the Woocommerce Layered Navigation widgets should remain intact in case we do any sort of updation (plugin or theme update).

    Hi !!

    Basically, I want the Recently Viewed section to be in one row and work just like the Special Deals section above (I think you call it carousel). If it is not possible to do like that, kindly limit the number of recently viewed products to 4, so that they can be adjusted in one row only. But please do reduce the size of row as it is too big for Recently Viewed section.

    Yes, I understand the limitations of this section, it is ok if it can't work like Special Deals section.

    Current layout of Recently Viewed products is perfectly fine, but I think it is not working properly. I opened 2 product pages (one from gas burners category and one from chimneys), but Recently Viewed section is not showing those products. Also, please let me know where did you add the WooCommerce Recently Viewed Products widget or how did you link this section to make it work, so that I can customize it myself if needed in future, without troubling you again and again for the same thing.

    One more thing, I would like to display some text in the main Revolution Slider below the primary menu (like in slider of Demo 4). How can I add that text ?

    I will go through these links, but the settings made by you are not working. It is not showing recently viewed products, whatever products I view, the products shown in this region remain the same, they should change. Please help, it is very important for me to make this link work properly. You have always been of great help to me, hope this time too. Thanks for your time and effort.

    No problem, I will try to find out some other solution. Thanks for all your help, will get back to you if I face any other problem. But please do something to increase the website speed as the theme is very slow. I tried searching the reason on various website speed testing sites. All of them recommend to use CSS Sprites to club all the pics on the home page, as there are lot of images on the home page and they increase the load time as it increases the number of requests sent to server. I don't know exactly how CSS Sprites works, may be you know. This is just an advice, I don't even know whether this thing will work or not.
