LOGO & COLOR in the general options are not change
Footer & Header Style demo are not change

The cause maybe by your page setting. You have to turn off Enable Metabox Option mode at the Dashboard>>Pages>>Edit the home front page as the attachment file below. Please turn off it and let me know your results.
