I tried to install the theme and setup this demo. but there was an error. what is it?

yesterdayninght i tried but it did not work also. Could you pease provide Cpanel account via secret information area? I would like to check your host config, it maybe the cause.

It's submenu1. You can change at the Dashboard>>Appearance>>Menus as the attachment file below

To Reduce size and Display actual price at that section: In this case i have to contact to the author of theme, they will check and update for you asap. I will inform you when it's done.

The author of theme, they have updated the woocommerce/product-style/content-product-style-18.php in the child theme. Please check your site and let me know your results

About the name of products: You go to the dashboard >>Ovic Panel>>Theme Options>>Generals>>ACE Settings box and enter these CSS codes:
body .product-item.style-18 .product-title{
font-size: 30px;
}
Please try this method and let me know your results
