Product Option - Need to Add/Edit

Hi! I'm having trouble figuring out where I can edit/add to the product options. Currently there is an option set that says Size Chart with a little measuring stick that must have been included with the theme. I would like to change both of those and add new product options but I can't figure out how. I would also like to be able to add little pictures like you did for the measuring stick. Can you please help? Thanks!

I'm not gone I just am having a really hard time getting my site up to an ftp server right now. I am hoping that the propagation will go through by tomorrow. I don't know if this is part of the problem but I am hoping it is because I can't see any of my files through the host right now :(
