    Hi maheraos
    The cause maybe by you have imported 2 times. In this case the you can remove these items at the Dashboard>>Appearance>>Menus>>choose your menu and detete your items.
    To activate the RTL site: Form Dashboard choose Settings>>Generals>>Site Language>>choose your language as the attachment file below. Please try these steps and let me know your results.
