    Import demo problem Moozo

    I am reporting to you with the problem of importing the content of the Moozo template demo. I want to use the Elementor version.

    The demo version cannot be imported.

    Initially, I followed all the necessary steps described in the tutorial. I installed the theme file along with the necessary plugins.

    The next step according to the instructions was to import the demo content using the "Ovic import demo" tool. Unfortunately, I get the following message: Failed to download the selected sample data package 'tools'.

    The problem occurs with each of the 3 levels of importing speed.

    To compare the problem, I installed WP on a different hosting, where I did all the above steps. There was also a problem with importing demo content.

    I would like to add that all my parameters in PHP.ini are correct, in accordance with your guidelines.

    Can you help me install the complete Moozo "Tools" demo? I provide my access data. At the same time, I authorize you to reset what I did myself.

    I will be grateful for your quick help.

    The cause maybe by your host configure. COuld you provide Cpanel account via secret information area? I would like to check your host and help you asap.

    I come with new information. I contacted the administrator of our hosting, we fixed the file upload error from the admin panel.

    Now you can conveniently upload files to the website.

    Additionally, I ran a completely clean default Wordpress installation. It should make your work easier.

    I also asked about cPanel access. However, we don't have cPanel installed here. However, I believe that now, after following the steps above, it will no longer be needed.

    I think you already have the "green light" to start helping with the template installation.

    I will be very grateful for your help with the installation.
