How do I edit this page?

As shown in the attached photo,

1. There is no registration option in the page, how can I add one?
2. How do I edit the page content, as you can see there is an overlap of text, I would like to reorganize the position of the text and change the text to my own version.

Q1: The cause by your setting. In this case then you enter the Dashboard>>Woocommerce>>Settings>>Accounts & Privacy and check the Allow customers to create an account on the "My account" page option as the attachment file below.(i did)
Q2: The cause bu your plugin, it's conflicted with theme. I sent to my coders, they will check and update asap.

Q2: My coder's updated at Ovic panel>>Theme Options>>General>>ACE Setting box:

position: static;
margin: -10px 0 10px;
}

body .woocommerce-form-register .form-row .button{
display: inline-block;
margin-top: 0;
}
