loading time

can you please give me some steps to reduce the loading time of my theme.. now it has contain only 10 products.. in next week it will go above 10k products... what will i do then... please fix me this issue as soon as possible... its been already 3 months i bought from.. i need to run my business through this...
just check my site loading speed. i have sent that in secret information.. i also hosted my website in premium server only... even though ii is slow..

when adding product, it should show a clean notification of product getting added to the cart... like notification near the shopping cart icon in header as "your product has been added" and in product detail page when the product is added, it should be added through ajax to the cart icon not through reloading.. kindly help me with all these issues.. i have more trust on you people.. please do me favour

yea i can understand that... but i need to show number of products added to the cart which is in header, so that customers can easily aware of number of products added....

I dont have .htaccess file in root folder.. whether i need to add it manually or automatically...

kindly help me with these issues..

the layout of product detail, cart and checkout pages has been changed.. i will send tat in successive messages.. pls take a look at that... can you please fix me with the old layout

after installing and activating w3 total cache plugin, the speed of the site is good... but when i do some changes in admin, it is not happening in frontend.. nothing happens after making changes... please do me needful....

in the home page, after clicking the product's add to cart button the count is loading in the shopping cart icon which is in header... but when i scroll down to the products and click the same add to cart button for any product, the count is not appearing in sticky header.. how come that happens... it should show wherever i add the product.. kindly fix me...
i have attached a screenshot of it... here i have already added a product but the shopping cart icon does not showing the count of added products

yeah i know this... what i'm exactly asking is when i scroll down in home page, due to sticky main menu comes with it... here the shopping cart does not showing count.. each and every time i has to add cart and scroll up for seeing the count.. why cant i see that when i'm in bottom of the page... hope you understand
