Speed issue

Hello,
I have contacted with my domain provider because I am having problems with speed of my website especially on the phone. They told me that
"After veryfing your website gardeniakosmetyka.pl, we can say that the site is working properly, and the problem with slower loading sometimes is becouse the site
is loading too much .js files and has too much lazzy load for almost every photo you have, even if they have few kilobytes. Please verify that .webp for low size files
is worth."
What can I do about it ? Could you help me pls ?
