Main Page Different Layout on Mobile

Hello,
There is something wrong with the main page on mobile. The first time I enter the page I see different layout and when I go to different page and click to logo to go back to main page I see different layout. You can see it from the images. Also if you inspect it from google chrome you can see it as well. Just enter the web page click somewhere else like product or etc and click the logo to go back to main page you will see that I mean.
When you enter the page you see this layout :

When you click logo to go back to main page you see this again instead of first one.

Beside this problem, when I enter the website I see the second layout instead of first one. I have opened a ticket about it but you said you have tested and it is working fine. I agree with you. It works correctly when I inspect the page but on my phone it is not like that. I can prove it that on live meeting if its neeed.
