Hi Cagatayem
As i mentioned in other ticket. Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Remove unnecessary plugins
3. Optimize product images
4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed

I did everythnig you wrote but my website is still so slow on mobile. I have contacted with my hosting and they told me its about the programmers not us. The weird thing is my website is okey(not super fast but okey) but on mobile it is really slow.
