    Multiple Issues

    Hello,

    I am experiencing multiple issues with my site after updating my theme version.

    1. The footer is not showing properly and we don't know how to edit it
    2. The shop shows blank even though there are multiple products loaded
    3. Product categories load blank
    4. Products on the homepage show blank as well
    5: We can't figure out how to update Our Categories on the homepage.

    Here's the old code for the footer:

    Let's talk via Skype on Friday at 3pm (15:00) your time. If you could try to login to our website again to see why the shop isn't connected prior to us talking that would be great. I'm wondering if it's because there are outdated Woocommerce templates in your theme.

    I think I have the time zone wrong. Due to the time difference can you please login with our WP credentials or via FTP and see if you can get the shop to show products? This is an urgent issue.

    We have some pages already set up and we'd like to keep the products that are in the shop. Are you able to delete the demo content that hasn't been customized yet?

    I am sorry because i do not support this work for free. If you want to re-install theme then you have to pay for INSTALLATION SERVICE or you have to do by yourself.

    I paid for Support through Envato and have already installed the theme correctly onto our main site and staging site. THE STORE IS NOT WORKING BECAUSE THE THEME WAS NOT DEVELOPED PROPERLY. I am not asking you for anything extra, I am just asking for you to look at why our store is showing NO PRODUCTS and since submitting this ticket 9 days ago ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done to help fix the site. I will be asking for a refund immediately.
