    After receiving the product I believe it's not what I was expecting..

    In fact I found it not same as the image down on the purchase page.

    Hello,

    Dear team,

    since, I was not satisfied with the looks of the theme and the control panel of the theme after installing on my website. I have asked my development team to remove them. and have purchased another theme from Zone and have installed it, if you liked to see the theme we have newly installed

    after installing I did not take any screen shots on them.

    I am sorry because it's not my theme. I support for the Suppershop theme only. If you want to re-install the Supershop them then connect to me again. I wil check and install theme for you

    As I have mentioned, I don't want the theme any more. As I was not satisfied with the results of installation of the theme. And I don't want to install install this themes on my site.

    I request a refund of my purchase.

    Why didn't you contact us earlier ? I contacted the author of the theme and they said that they will not accept your reason for asking for money like that.
    They will only accept your money back if we can't help to install the theme like the demo. Please contact us again if you need help with theme installation
