Menu doesn't open in mobile version

It does not open the menu when clicked/touched on burger button in the default web page, works only on few pages like account and cart page.

Are you customizing theme? Why did you change my theme name?

No I’m not really customising the theme, That’s my co-worker who changed the name of it

Please do not do anything in the main theme( All your changes then you sould do in the child theme). I send to the author of theme, they are checking the "Humberger" issue on mobile. I will inform to you when i got the answer from them.

The cause by the WP Mega Menu, it's conflicted with theme. In my theme, it includes Mega menu. Why do not you use it?
You should turn off the WP Mega Menu plugin or input these CSS codes:
@media (max-width: 1199px){
body .block-menu-bar > .menu-toggle{
display: flex !important;
}
}

Hi maason, thank you for the help! the issue is fixed after I disabling the WP mega menu, and also could you instruct me on how/where can I add add the Mega menu from ovic panel, I can see all the mega menu's of Kutethemes but I'm not getting how do I change them.
