Echotech not working wheelspin plugin

We have staging sites : https://bollershop.staging.webery.cloud/
We purched the wheel spin plugin: WP Optin Wheel Pro (https://www.studiowombat.com/plugin/wp-optin-wheel/)
Other websites (https://hphgrandexpo.staging.webery.cloud/) working perfectly.
The Wheel Spin plugin with Ecotech Theme (Version: 1.0.8) SVG problem. We change theme other one (Etc.: Hello Elementor) Perfectly showing wheelspin popup.
We trying other wheelspin plugin, the SVG and the design did not appear properly with Echotech theme.
