High cpu usage

I have installed theme on this link http://africanboutique.in/
Issue is both wp admin and front end, it gets too slow and cpu usage goes to 100% in no time. However front end issue we already solved using some cache and hosting images on other server.
Can you just guide what is the issue and help us with the solution. Wp admin works fine if i use other theme.
