When Activate Kutetheme; Show Server Error

Hi,

I'm facing problem. I install wordpress and when i upload kutetheme and activate theme it show an error "Server Error" on both Admin & front end. Please Assist me. I'm waiting. Reply as soon.

Front & Back both side. Same error.

This is not internal server error of wordpress. I Install another theme on it and its working but when i active Kutetheme its give me that error. Please reconsider my request and respond as soon.
