problem with site web online

HI!
today we launched the site, tested and working.
as soon as it went online, the site no longer showed the menu bar below, the language selector did not work ..
if I change pages, click on the yellow banner at the top and the menu below appears.
I have to fix the problem right away.

The cause by you have not translate the header in Italian. Please check and translate your header

maybe I explained myself male.
I'm talking about MOBILE mode.

1- now the menu bar is show below on mobile butit is incorrect from desktop and table! it must be as before ..

2- for the message header at the top (the yellow band) it is not shown on the mobile. how come??

3- plus i can't change the language selector. why?

I am looking at the site from multiple versions. there is Italian nad English.
I made many screens to understand.

let's start from Mobile:
Italian home page -> there is the yellow bar at the top but the menu at the bottom is missing.
Home page English -> the yellow bar is missing but there is the menu on bottom

Italian shop page -> the yellow bar is missing
English shop page -> the yellow bar is missing

the yellow bar is used because it explains the cost of shipping. or the yellow mobile band does not exist?

Desktop
italian home page -> ok
english home page -> what happens? why show mobile style ??

please. let me know

as you can see from the screens the pages change. yesterday i updated the cache and it seems to have improved but in the afternoon it returned to give that type of error. now I have removed the MOBILE mode of the theme. I hope to improve
