    we install the plugin but it not working.we are notr able to see tje documentation . it is not in theme and inside theme it show

    We installed all possible plugins but it was not working. Now we uninstalled those plugins. I
    Problem case:- In the product page after clicking the "Send this Product" we go to the "Send To a Friend" page, in that page Captcha is not working.

    To update the Moozo theme:
    Step 1: Backup your site( Include codes + Database)
    Step 2: From the dashboard>>Appearance>>Theme, you need to activate the default template( Ex; Twenty Seventeen theme)
    Step 3: Click on the Moozo theme and then click Delete( look down in the right). NOTE: DO NOT delete the Moozo Child theme
    Step 4: Return the dashboard choose Plugins then deactive the Ovic Adon Toolkit, Slider Revolution, Elementor or WPBakery Visual Composer and delete them.
    Step 5: Return the Appearance menus choose Theme>>Add New>>choose your latest theme version>>Install
    Step 6: Return the Plugins menus>>New>>and choose the Ovic Adon Toolkit (Slider Revolution, Elementor or WPBakery Visual Composer plugins are the same)>>Install>>and activate them.
    Please do it and let me know.

    When the theme's updated, it wont lost your database ( products, images,.... However it will be lost your changes if you did on the main theme) Did you customize on the main theme? Can you connect to me via skype: itsonla? I would like to live chat and need more information from you.

    Thanks for your help fixing the captcha issue. However, once the customer wishes to send the product to a friend. Email header details and subject are hard coded as in the attachment. Where can we configure the sender details.

    Currently it shows,
    from: Moozo via srv249.main-hosting.eu
    to: test.email@gmail.com
    date: Oct 5, 2021, 1:43 PM
    subject: Tinsico
    mailed-by: srv249.main-hosting.eu

    If configurable we will change it by ourselves. Kindly point to the section in wordpress where we can configure the sender details. We need to change the subject as well along with from address, mailed-by accordingly. Also the mail content if editable and configurable it will be helpful.

    We added these CSS codes into ACE Settingbox at the Ovic panel>>Theme Option>>General:
    body div.ovic-menu-clone-wrap .ovic-menu-current-panel-title{
    background-image: none;
    }
    and change the color at the Theme Option>>Headers>>Mobile>>Background Mobile as this link image: https://prnt.sc/1v8gdxm
