I have check and got the same problems as you mentioned. The cause maybe by the Wordpress version. I sent to my coders, they will check and update this issue. I will inform to you when it's done

The cause by the Wordpress 5.8. Please use the classic widget plugin, it uses to restore the last widget. Please do it and let me know your results

You can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
NOTE: You have to backup your site before the plugin's installed
