Shop Page can not edit

Hi sir,
Please find attached screen shot. when I am trying to edit shop page it shows like this.

By default you cannot edit shop page with elementor. However you can create a new shop page with short codes. You can study this link: https://www.wpcity.com/woocommerce-shop-page-elementor/ Hope it useful for you,

I have contacted to the author of theme. There is not function on theme. To use it then you have to customize by yourself or contact to customized services, they will check and help you. I am really sorry because i do not support for customize work.
