How to change background Image on Page header

Hello Team

I want to change the background image of the page header as shown in the attached screenshot. Kindly guide me on this. I tried with the header option available in the theme option, but the image is shifted above the top menu.

It is the same, please check again.
I am again attaching a screenshot for it, with what I want to do.

Header image or anything else you can say image behind About Us part or below primary menu.

Might be some confusion in understanding the issue.

Let me explain again what I exactly want to do.

How can I change this image and apply it on my about us and other pages?

It's the header banner. You can replace at the dashboard>>Ovic Panel>>Theme Option>>General>>Header Banner as this link image
