    The cause maybe by your page settings. In this case then you have to turn off the Enable MetaBox Option at the Dashboard>>Pages>>Edit your home front page>>Generals before. Please provide your wp-admin + ftp accounts via secret information area if it does not work. I will check on your site and help you.

    The cause by the Elementor Setting. You enter the dashboard>>Elementor>>Settings and check some options as this link image: https://prnt.sc/1ro6vax

    But the image you have sent, i can't see it , the Footer is working. Is it probably complete yet ?
