Could you describe more detail about your questions by screenshot? Which color and text of header do you want to change? Also please provide your wp-admin account via secret information area again? Currently, it does not work:( see the attachment file)

The cause maybe by your Woocommerce Setings. In this case, you enter the dashboard>>Woocommerce>>Settings>>Advanced Tab>>My Accounts page as this link image and let me know your results: https://prnt.sc/1vxtoek
Pease provide your wp-admin URL again if it does not work. I will check and help you later
