Hii,
I cant see any option to change content of header (email id, soical media links.
while i edited the footer in footer builder, but those changes are not reflected in live website

The cause by your Page setting. In your case then you enter the dashboard>>Pages>>Edit your home front page>>Theme Setting and turn off the Enable Metabox Option as this link image before: https://prnt.sc/1rlcwvh
