    The cause maybe by your setting. Could you please provide your wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel accounts via secret information area? We would like to check on your site and guide you how to update it.

    The cause by you have turn off the Dokan plugin. Please turn on it and let me know your results

    Hi! Indeed the plugins was deactivated but at the moment of activating it it throws this warning of conflict and also not our stores being that there are 4 created

    You should not install these plugins together. You should choose one of them only. They will be conflicted together if you activate them.
