    The cause by your page setting. By the default we can not edit the shop page that's why it shows this error. Please check your page setting again.

    I am not sure. Let me contact to the author of theme and ask them about the shop page. I think that you can not build a new page as the shop page.

    You can edit the Shop page by the Elementor Pro version, it support this work or direct in the .PHP file if you are a coder.

    I am not sure. I asked the author of themes, they said that you can edit by the Elementor pro version only.

    No it's not true!!!

    When the theme was first installed on my website, and demo content was installed. I have edited the shop page with elementor, and I removed the top banner on the shop page.

    So if now all of a sudden you're saying I can only edit it with elementor pro, it doesn't make sense. Because I once edited the shop page with the default elementor from the theme.

    Please immediately follow up back to the author theme! Because I think it's weird if I have to edit it with Elementor pro, even though I've edited the page with Elementor pro.

    The proof you can see for yourself on the shop page of my website, I have removed the top banner that should exist, and it is impossible to remove it without going through an edit with Elementor.
