I have translated the Header banner section, the one at the top of all pages, but when I change the language to English it does not change. why?

I don't understand why I always have problems with this page/section. in english it is translated. like the other pages. but this one doesn't work.

another thing. for the blog part i would like to divide the people who write. is it possible to put a filter that allows me to filter the recipes according to the author?

- About the top banner issue: My coder's checking. I will inform you soon when it's done
- About Blog page issue: I discussed with the author of theme, he said that it's impossible because by the default of theme, it does not include this function. In this case then you have to customize by yourself or connect to customize services, they will check and help you.

From dashboard>>Appearance>>Menus and create a new menu (Ex:Testing menu) and then return the dashboard>>Ovic Panel>>Mega Menu>>Create a new mega menu also>>and choose testing menu as the attachment file. Please do it and let me know your results.
