Do you want to use the Multilingual site? Are you transalte by the Loco Translate Plugin?
To use the Multilingual site then you have to translate by the WPML plugin, it's fully compatible with theme and i support for it also.

yes the website is multilingual and has been translated with WPML and Loco Translate.
The translation of the"shop banner forniture" exists but is not read.
Please, Can you help me?

I have checked and found that you have not translate that page. In this case then you enter the dashboard>>Pages and transalte the Shop Banner-Furniture page before.
Please do it and let me know your results
