Hello,

While trying to install :
\themeforest-t18zrqsz-logancee-multipurpose-responsive-prestashop-theme\laber_logancee_v1.7\install_theme

I meet an error :
Une erreur inattendue s'est produite. [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Theme\Exception\ThemeConstraintException code 2]

May you help me ?

Furthermore, I have another request.
My Envanto account was created at the office, I am currently working from home.
I can not connect to my Envanto account from home, due to IP-location check.
And when I ask for a passcode buy email I never receive it.

May I ask for your email address in order to solve this issue ?

May i remove all your demo content and re-install from scratch? Which the home page do you want to install ? Also i need the FTP account. Please check and provide me asap.
