Themes setting page get messed-up after migrating to a different hosting

After we migrated our website from our hosting to a new one, the themes setting page gets messed up and it seems like it's coming without the CSS.
We might have missed something while migrating but not sure what went wrong.
Another thing is that every admin page has a very weird looking text that says "Powered by Kutethemes".
Just to mention, we are using a child theme.
