    Hi Sir/ Madam,

    My themes that i purchased suddenly ask me to activate the themes.
    I try to key in my purchase code but it still cannot activated.

    Please assist me on this.

    Did you add this purchase codes into other domain yet? If not then you check on Envato again. Also i sent to the author of theme, they will check and reply to you asap.

    They found out the cause by your hosting, it's blocked this request. Please contact to your hosting provider, they will check and unblock it

    HI Masson,

    This is not make sense.
    Previously it was activated and now suddenly say not activated. And i try to reactivate it and it say cannot be activated any more.
    Btw, the hosting provider has check and unblock it, but still cannot activate.

    Please advice.

    Please look at the screenshot and it show the error was resolved by hosting provider.
    Please don't keep push the problem back to me. Can ask the author check on this his side?
