    I would like to be able to use paid membership option via woocomerce if possible. Also i would like to get my site to work similar to alibaba where each store is responsible for their own items. would i be able to get help with this?

    There are much plugins and i can not check for at all. I am not sure that it's compatible or not. However you can try that plugin. Also you can re-edit or contact to the author of plugins, they will check and help you if it does not work.
