    Checkout - Unable to process order

    I created a product as one of the vendors under WC-Marketplace (a $2 test item). As the customer, I added the item to my cart, then proceeded to Checkout. I filled out all billing details, created a username and password for account, and when clicking both "Cash on delivery" and/or PayPal, also checking "I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions", then PLACE ORDER--- the page comes back with the error at the top, "We are unable to process your order, please try again."

    I thought perhaps it was an issue with PayPal setup, but it also happens when trying to place the order through "Cash on delivery".

    Could you help me find the issue?

    I think the cause may be by your setting. I checked however have not found out the cause. Please reset plugins and try again

    Hi Maason,

    I reset all plugins and still am not able to complete checkout. I contacted Moumita with WC-Marketplace to see if it was an issue with their plugin. She looked into it and said it is not the plugin, but an issue with the theme.

    I would really love and appreciate your help debugging this.

    What information will you need? My website is nearly bare. The only pieces I have installed are the theme+Ovic recommended plugins, WC-Marketplace--Front End Manager and Live Chat, and an Instagram plugin. Other than that, I have done nearly nothing to the website, besides add a couple pictures and text.

    I activated the Twenty Nineteen theme and was able to successfully place an order, so it is definitely a theme issue. I am unable to checkout with both the original Kute Boutique theme and Kute Boutique Child theme.

    My coder's checked and said that the cause by the WC-Marketplace plugin, please contact to the author of this plugin, they will check and update it. Also my coder recommended that you can use the DOKAN plugin, it's better.
