Could you please describe more details your issues by screenshot and provide your wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel account via secret information area? I will check and help you.
You can cancel theme when i could not solve your issues.

I contacted to the author of theme and they said that they will not accept your reasons. Why dont you contact to me when you get issue? You know. i can install theme for free. So please provide the wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel accounts again. I will check and install theme, it will be the same on demo.
