which version do you want to do? is the wpbakery page builder or elementor version? you can choose one of these two versions.

Is WPBakery or Elementor better?

Say I choose Elementor. Do I use the Install of Elementor under the "Import Content" tab or do I click the "Import Database" tab and Install the "Main Demo" or "Elementor Demo"? And, do I ALSO need to Install the "IMPORT PRIMARY CONTENT" option?

There are just so many options, I'm not sure what they all do and don't want to duplicate anything.

The WPbarkery is the same Elementor. You can choose one of them.
To install theme then you can choose the Install button in the Element Demo: https://prnt.sc/1f31wqd and then choose as this link image:
