    - About the account issue: i am clear now. I will send to coders, they will check and update it.
    - About update theme issue: You can delete the main theme if you did on the child theme.( All your customize theme then you should do on the childtheme. Your change wont be lost when the theme's updated in the furture. NOTE: you should backup your theme before)

    The cause by your mega menu.( it is the same primary menu that's why it gets loop) Please create and choose a new menu
