Header Message Not Updating

Hi, I am not able to update the header message section. I have tried everything, changing the text, deleting the text, etc but it does not change on the site. I am using wordpress 5.8 and I have all the required plugins installed and I imported the tools demo. .
I am web designer and I have tried the following
1. there is no cache on the site or machine
2. I have used different browsers and not change
Please let me know how to fix. For security reasons we do not provide ftp or wp-admin access.
Also, it would be good if there was a knowledge base on your site and the documentation needs to be improved.
