Can't change color scheme

Hi , I disable/enable also deleted the theme cache.
The colors and the options from the theme menu are not working? Can you help me please?

I setup the color here:

The cause by Page's setting. You enter the Dashboard>>Pages>>Edit your home front page>>Theme Settings and turn off the Enable MetaBox Option as this link image: https://prnt.sc/1amm0of
