Hi Jewelsofserendib
Q1: Default of theme, clients can not edit Shop, single product page by the Elementor and they can do in the .PHP file
Q2: They are the widgets. You can edit at the dashboard>>Appearance>>Widgets>>edit your widgets

Also to edit atribution of products then you return the Dassboard>>Products>>Attributes and edit your attributes there
