How to edit the shop page, product individual page.

Hi Sir/ Madam, I would like to edit the shop page and product individual page. But I couldn't found the edit page in this template. How can I edit the respective page? Thank you

The cause maybe by your settings. Could you please provide your wp-admin + FTP or Cpanel accounts via secret information area? I would like to check direct on your site and guide you.

By the default clients can not edit these pages. You can direct edit in the .php file only if you are coder. Also if you have any changes then you have to do by yourself or connect to customized services, they will check and help you.
Please try using some methods below to improve the loading speed:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Remove unnecessary plugins
3. Optimize product images
4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
5. Intstall the WP Super Cache

Hi Maason,

Then your template or themes is misleading people. Because you mention your template was build by Elementor. But now you say I cannot edit the page and have to direct edit in .php file. Then why should I buy this template from you as I need to customize by myself?

Please let me know which file should I edit as I have no knowledge on this.
If it is hard to edit, can I apply for refund?

You can edit many different pages except product and shop pages. However you can build a new product and shop pages with the Elementor element. Please login the dashboard choose Pages>>Add New page and add your elements there.
