Ecotech template slow websites

Good day.
I bought a template from you and I thought everything would be fast. Unfortunately, loading pages is awful.
I would like to ask and ask for help if you do not know what to improve and if there is a mistake somewhere near you.

Could you please describe more deatils by screenshot? Also please provide your wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel accounts via secret information area. I would like to check on your site and help you.

As i mentioned above. Could you please describe more deatils by screenshot? Also please provide your wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel accounts via secret information area?
Also to change the language on your site the you can translate by the Loco Translate plugin, it's fully compatible with theme.

I am really sorry for replying delay. In your case the you enter the dashboard>>Pages>>your home front page and turn off the Enable MetaBox Option before as this link image: https://prnt.sc/17um2m6. After that look at the top of page choose Ovic Panel>>Theme Option>> choose your header : https://prnt.sc/17ummv0 or footer style: https://prnt.sc/17umwxq

To improve the speed of page. Please try using some methods below:
1. Install the Autoptimize plugin
2. Remove unnecessary plugins
3. Optimize product images
4. Install the jsDelivr – WordPress CDN plugin
5. Intstall the WP Super Cache
6. Contact with your hosting administrator to increase the speed
About your 5 images above the you can translate by the Loco Translate plugin, it's fully compatible with theme: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/beginners ,

What do you think of the WP Rocket plugin? It's a paid speed plugin. Do you think that would help me with speed?

The WP Rocket plugin, it's good however you can try with other plugins. Also you should optimized your product images, they are to big than my demo: https://youtu.be/TZScWP67WKY

1) I have a new problem... Some my page they throw away the mistake (ajaxurl has not been defined) How i can solve it?

2) Also, the images on the pages are usually gray, and when I update the page, they are colored again. Where can I fix it?

Are you customizing your site right? Note that i wont support for client's site, it's customized
Q1: I checked on your site and did not got the same problem as you mentioned. Didi you update it?
Q2: I sent to the author of theme, they will check and give a good solution. I will infor m you when i get the results from them.
