how to add WPML flags

good afternoon,
how can i add the flags of WPML in the top right corner of the header. there is already a menu but i want to add the flags of the WPML plug in. in addition i would like to add the currency.

how can i insert it?

I have checked and got the same problem as you mentioned. Let me contact to the author of theme, they will check to find out the cause and update if it's theme issue.

The cause by you chose other top menu, it should be as the attachment file below. It works now.

- To manage currencies: You enter the dashboard choose Woocommerce>>Woo commerce Multilingual>>Multi Currencies tab as this link image: https://prnt.sc/18a538g
- To activate the wishlist: You return the dashboard choose Plugins>> look down to the end of page and Activate the Wishlist plugin.
Please do it and let me know your results.
