    It's the first time i see this issue, it is not a theme problem and you should check your website's configuration again. Please provide your wp-admin + ftp or Cpanel account via secret information area if it does not work.

    we have things configured to English but still on google search it comes back not in English

    we did everything you said to do we even did a scan of the site with Anti-Malware from GOTMLS.NET this is what google is pulling from the site see attachment 1 but when you view the site online with view source see attachment 2 also bing,com pulled it up just fine when we submitted it to them

    we see there's an update to the theme but the only reason we new that was because we downloaded the theme file again and it showed us this

    we did not replace the theme to the new one as we dont know what will happen but it never told us on the dashboard we even had an update for the theme

    But it showed in other language pn google search before. Also i am not sure the author of theme, what he did on your site. He told me that your site's cracked and i informed you after that,
    About your images above: I am sure my theme, it's mobile friendly. You can check my demo. because the author of theme and Envato market, they scaned virus and tested theme functions before theme's uploaded.
    In your case, you should upgrade hosting for security issues and try again.
