Urgent help to Add Variable Products

Hello,
So far thank you so much for the Boutique theme and awesome support from the team to resolve every issue.
For now could you please help us to get resolved with an issue related with woocommerce. For past two days we are experiencing some issues while creating variable products. The number combinations for variable products generated automatically is wrong. when trying to create it manually the variation combinations are not getting saved after loading.(or updated). The website is very slow while adding the product.
To increase the limit of number of variation combinations at a time. we changed the code in wp-config.php from 50 to 250.
We can't figure out the issue that we are facing. Could you please help us to sort out this issue at the earliest. For any clarifications kindly communicate.
