Hide the account & card icon in head

Hello,
How are you doing?
I want to remove the account & card icons in the theme header and add other content instead.

HI MisrAlhadara
I can help to rid off it and i do not help to add other items because it's customized work and i wont do for free. To rid off the account and cart icons then you have to provide your wp-admin account via secret information area. I would like to check on your site and guide you.
